Trademark Real Estate Group, Inc., (TREG) is solely owned and operated by Mr. White. Trademark Real Estate Group was formed in 2004 and has grown into an extensive real estate investment firm where Mr. White provides 20 years of lending and real estate experience to his clients. TREG counsels consumers on the uses of primary and secondary (investment) homeownership, and through strategic lending partners, provides financing for their clients. To date, Mr. White and TREG has helped thousands realize their financial goals through investing in real estate.

In addition to real estate counseling, Mr. White also serves as a consultant to small and medium size business owners. Mr. White’s clients range from 9MM companies, independent business owners, to highly successful sales professionals who seek his services as an independent coach.

First Horizon Homes Loans is a Fortune 500 Company based out of Dallas Texas owned by First Tennessee Bank. First Horizon purchased Mr. White’s former company The Equity Group Financial in June of 2004. The acquisition was a move by First Horizon to expand their banking presence to the upper Midwest after primarily serving the Southern United States for the past 150 years. Mr. White was responsible to oversee a district consisting of two offices and help aid their regional expansion initiatives. Mr. White’s employment contract successfully concluded in June of 2007.

Mr. White was the VP and owner of The Equity Group Financial Inc (EGF). EGF's 120+ employees produced an average of $30 Million in closed loan volume each month. EGF was a licensed Mortgage Bank in MI and OH and performed Conventional, FHA, VA and Non Conforming business for over 8 years. EGF’s closed loan volume for its last full years before being acquired was $380 Million.

A member of EGF staff since January of 1997, Mr. White became partner in January of 2000. At that time, Mr. White was able to shift his focus from originating to recruiting and company expansion. These efforts quadrupled the sales staff, leading to an average production increase of 38% annually. As the Vice-President, Mr. White’s responsibilities included direct management of, and executive responsibility for all phases of the Company’s business. His primary focus was coordinating operations while structuring the originations policies and procedures.

Mr. White played collegiate baseball at Eastern Michigan University from 1989 – 1992 and then professionally with the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1992 – 1993.  Mr. White earned his Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communications and a Marketing Minor from Eastern Michigan University in 1994.  Mr. White is a lifetime member of the National Professional Ballplayers Association and also serves on the Board of Directors for Eastern Michigan University Baseball’s “Dugout Club.” In addition to his duties with the Dugout Club, Mr. White created and sponsor EMU's annual Alumni Baseball Game for former players and families and created the " EMU Diamond Club" in 2011. The goal of the Diamond Club is to raise money solely from former players to support the baseball program at EMU. To date the Diamond Club has exceeded revenue goals by 200% annually.
